Plethore Cars SAS processes your data solely to handle your sale, appraisal or vehicle search request.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Plethore Cars SAS, publisher of hypercar-collection.com.
2. Data collected
Identity (first name, last name), contact details (email, phone), vehicle information (brand, model, year, mileage, VIN, configuration, target price) and, if you voluntarily provide them, supporting documents (registration certificate, ID) and vehicle photographs.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used to qualify your vehicle, match it with our clients' active searches, contact you and, where relevant, prepare the transaction. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
4. Recipients
Your data is accessible to the internal team of Plethore Cars SAS and to our hosting and database providers, acting on instruction. No data is sold. Vehicle information may be shared in anonymised form with a qualified potential buyer; your contact details are only shared with your agreement.
5. Retention period
Unsuccessful requests are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Identity documents and supporting files are deleted as soon as the transaction is completed or abandoned, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
6. Security
Files you upload are stored in a private, non-public space: they can only be accessed by our team through temporary signed links.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
